RICK YERGER
Rick Yerger has an extensive background in all aspects of residential construction. As a construction field superintendent dating back to 1982, he has successfully scheduled and overseen all phases of construction from ground breaking through completion and owner satisfaction on over 560 residential and multi family units; adding up to a strong knowledge of structural, foundation, framing, plumbing, roofing and all related components of a home.
In May of 1990 Rick became a licensed California State general building contractor and continues to maintain his license in good standing.
Rick has been professionally trained as a qualified home inspector by a nationally recognized home inspection training facility. In addition, he has taken related courses given by Construction Educators Inc. out of Sarasota, Florida as well as participating in ongoing Association sponsored meeting and seminars. He completes a minimum of 30 hours per year of continuing education, required for maintaining California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) membership as well as 20 hours per year to maintain membership in the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI.) Rick is also certified in mold inspection and an instructor for the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization (IESO). He is also Home and Garden TV's lead west coast inspector for the program "House Detective" and has been featured on Eyewitness News stressing the importance of conducting routine home inspections.
Rick and his team inspected the highest price home sold in Orange County, as well as homes for members of the LA Lakers, LA Dodgers, NY Mets, Edmonton Oilers, Olympic athletes, famous authors and other well-known celebrities. In addition, Rick was the purchaser consultant on the largest home sold in California.

CHUCK LAMBERT
Chuck brings fifteen plus years of prior construction experience to the property inspection profession. This experience includes commercial tenant improvements, window and door/jamb installation, roofing applications and renovations, installation of drywall, plumbing installation/repair, tile setting, and cabinetry.
In an effort to provide clients all that is necessary in the property inspection industry, Mr. Lambert obtained training through the TWI Systems network of home inspectors and on-site experiences with many of his fellow inspectors.
He is a past, certified inspector member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and a current member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He strictly adheres to their strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Mr. Lambert has conducted or assisted with the inspection of over 2,600 properties. Mr. Lambert is certified through FLIR as a Level I Thermographer who performs infrared thermal imaging inspections. Infrared inspections include but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, insulation verification, roofing, predictive maintenance, moisture intrusion, bovine and equine. To keep pace with the profession Mr. Lambert far exceeds the 30 hours a year of on-going education that is required by CREIA and the 20 hours a year of on-going education that is required by ASHI. The numerous educational conferences, seminars, training programs and classes have included but are not limited to such areas as infrared thermal imaging, fireplaces, chimneys, electrical, heating and air conditioning, pool and spas, plumbing applications, Simpson Strong Tie applications and FEMA disaster training.

DAVE LARSON
Dave has been in construction related services for many years. As a furniture builder and mason, he has a keen understanding for precision. Dave brings the " measure twice, cut once" philosophy with him to every home inspection. Dave has been professionally trained as a qualified home inspector by a nationally recognized home inspection training facility. Dave has been performing home inspection with us since 2005.
